Our story…
Jasmine Kastel is the resident Sound Therapist, and Spa Experience Director, at The Massage Center in historic Dudley Square, where she facilitates monthly group sound baths in The Studio Lex.
She received a Batchelor of Fine Art with a concentration on Performance Art and a minor in Dance from Florida International University, a graduate of Wise Fool Clown School in Santa Fe, NM with a focus on Aerial Arts, and twice certified in Usui Reiki I with Limitless Mastery.
Most recently she was called to Sedona to train with Master Sonic Alchemist, Jay Schwed, where she received Sonic Alchemist Sound Healing Practitioner certification, with a focus on Octavial Repatterning.
Jasmine is aligned with Jay's nonprofit, Crystal Visions LLC, where as ongoing students they provide sound healing "for those who have been forgotten". Sharing the healing frequencies with individuals in nursing homes, hospice, people in crisis, veterans, children's homes, shelters, prison systems, and all communities in need.
Having lived in Miami for 26 years, Jasmine has had the pleasure in performing and exhibiting in hundreds of world famous museums, galleries, festivals, botanical gardens, nightclubs, and theaters. Highlights being a movement and vocal performance in the Meredith Monk and Ann Hamilton global collaboration 'MERCY' at the stunning Olympia Theater in 2001, as well as voted best art performance, in 2010, by The Miami New Times, for multimedia collaborative sound and movement work, 'Neraissance', performed at The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
“My journey into sound healing began in the nightclubs of Miami Beach, over 20 years ago. House Music was salve to my soul and the beat of the drum was the heartbeat that kept me going.
Music and experimental sound have always been an integral part of my performances and I have considered myself to be a filter for sound to flow through. Performance Art literally saved my life.
Receiving my first crystal sonic sound bath, at 1111 Vibes, in 2014, during a period of deep grief, I felt shifted on a cellular level. It was at that moment when I knew sound healing would be a part of my life's journey.
My dedication to personal healing, and collectively sharing the life-changing frequencies of sound with others, inspired me to create Cosmic Threads Sound Therapy. After all, cosmic threads are the filaments that weave throughout the vast expanse of The Universe, and I believe we are all innately connected.
We are crystalline bodies of vibrating energy. Our capacity for healing through experiencing various frequencies of sound is profound.

Private Sound Session with Energy Work
A personalized one-on-one therapeutic sound service utilizing various instruments. By placing singing bowls on or near the body, the resonating vibrations and frequencies penetrate to a cellular level. The unique and intuitive approach leads the individual to a state of deep relaxation. A Theta state may be achieved, where healing can occur, pain relief, balancing mental and emotional states, and sooth the nervous system.
Couples Sound Session
Share the experience of therapeutic sound with a friend or loved one. As tones and frequencies wash over you both, hearts open and a deeper connection is formed.
Group Sound Session
Collectively experiencing the power of sound facilitates a deep meditative state. Benefits include enhanced mental and emotional health, increased focus and connection, as well as reduction in stress.
Community Outreach Session
Aligned with Crystal Vision 501C Nonprofit, bringing sound healing to “Those who have been forgotten”. Available for complimentary group sound healing sessions to communities and individuals in need, such as people in crisis, nursing homes, hospice, shelters and prison systems, and children and animals in need.

The Cosmic Threads Sound Therapy Method incorporates both on-body and off-body application of sound healing instruments, complemented by energy work through touch, aromatherapy, toning, and the use of crystals.
One of my abilities lies in tailoring treatments to address a client’s specific symptomatic state and align with their intentions for their sound healing journey.
Some examples of specific intentions for sound healing include grounding, relaxation, restoration, empowerment, transmutation, and rebalancing.
Through my unique method, you will have the opportunity to witness how sound has the ability to penetrate and harmonize each of your energetic bodies, providing support throughout your inner journey and personal transformation.
Certified in the Octavial Repatterning Method, which is realigning and balancing the chakras utilizing a specific sequence of tones and frequencies, in a package of 12 continuous sessions.
